Junior Government Relations Specialist

Prepare weekly/monthly reports to different governmental authorities
Prepare and submit applications for governmental subsidies and grants relevant to agriculture activities;
Ensure compliance with subsidy requirements and manage subsidy reporting obligations;
Prepare and submit periodic reports to the State Statistics Department on agricultural production, sales, employment and other relevant metrics;
Handle insurance claims and reporting procedures related to agricultural operations.
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Law, or a related field;
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience;
Previous internship or work experience in government relations, public affairs, or engagement with governmental institutions is considered an advantage;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani; good command of English;
Strong proficiency in MS Office programs, with advanced knowledge of Excel;
Ability to review and analyze legislative and regulatory documents and assess their potential impact on the organization at a foundational level;
Strong interpersonal and networking skills to represent the organization in governmental and public forums under supervision;
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with government officials, policymakers, and other stakeholders;
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility.
Processing and distributing as necessary all routine reports according to schedules and deadlines;
Serves as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and provides support.
Performing day-to-day system administration tasks, such as troubleshooting system issues and providing resolutions;
Making reports as needed and assists HR staff with Ad-Hoc and HR report generation;
Developing and maintains needed documents (e.g., user manuals, guidelines);
Answers/responses to escalated questions, requests and errors from the HRIS inbox and other communication methods in a timely matter;
Participates in the development, testing, and implementation of new or modified systems to meet changing business requirements;
Updating and auditing employee master data;
Ensuring accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of HR and payroll data;
Controlling updates of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with new employee information, existing employee changes, terminations, salary and other changes;
Assisting HRIS to monitor and manage jobs and integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central;
Providing support in such fields of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors as PA, OM, Workflows and etc.;
Supporting to control monthly payroll issues and other HRIS Management related duties as assigned.
A bachelor’s degree in HR Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or any other related field;
Basic experience in HRIS system in the companies (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
Planning and organizational skills with strong attention to details;
Organizing work and set priorities for accomplishing work in a timely and effective manner;
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite;
Good command of Azerbaijani and English languages, both in verbal and written form.

Ehtiyatda məhsul olub-olmamasına nəzarət etmək, çatışmazlıq olduqda sifarişlər vermək.
Peşə və ya kulinariya məktəbindən diplomun olması üstünlük sayılır;
Aşpaz kimi minimum 2–3 illik iş təcrübəsi;
Sanitariya və gigiyena qaydalarına riayət etmək bacarığı;
Müxtəlif yemək bişirmə texnika və üsulları üzrə əsas bilik və bacarıqlar.
Develop and implement comprehensive technical plans and strategies to support the company’s operations, including those related to crop production, machinery, and equipment.
Continuously monitor and stay informed about the latest agricultural technologies, techniques, and innovations.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to evaluate new technologies and methods.
Identify and recommend solutions that enhance productivity, profitability, and sustainability across agricultural operations.
Supervise daily technical activities, including crop growth, pest and disease control, irrigation management, and soil fertility in the fields;
Manage all repair and maintenance activities, including electrical systems, center pivot irrigation systems, equipment, vehicles, tractors, and harvesters;
Oversee the preparation of the annual budget by estimating costs, forecasting future expenditures, and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities based on past performance, particularly for spare parts and external service providers;
Model effective teamwork by collaborating efficiently with other managers across the organization;
Monitor the team performance management process, including goal setting, task assignment, and performance evaluation.
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
Minimum of 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in machinery management, agricultural operations, or a similar field, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role;
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with agricultural machinery and maintenance management;
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, cost forecasting, and managing relationships with external service providers;
Up-to-date knowledge of modern agricultural technologies, innovative farming practices, and technical solutions that drive operational efficiency, productivity, and sustainability;
Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills, with the ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data, assess risks, and implement effective solutions;
Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with a focus on operational excellence;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required; proficiency in Russian is desirable.
